Sure, will try to explain in details, so you can figure out if something may have another meaning.

First,  good omens, because girl,tear,mother all have images of happy/good events to come as there is purity in that in a sense.

Lately I'm focusing a lot on the 5 spirits of the Organs. They seem to be the missing part that links the Five Arts to the western schools that I'm familiar with.

In that sense, lets look at this by using the 3 of the Five Spirits that can act on their own.

Not being able to speak, well technically the dreams come from the Hun 魂, that is the spirit of the Liver and it makes movements that inspire the Shen of the heart神(us as a I).

If part of the inspiration/understanding coming from the Hun is not making it through, maybe that can show up as not being able to speak in a dream. Seems related to Metal, as voice is metal. More or then below.

However, so far the idea is there may be something that your dreams(Hun) is showing you related to Metal that you don't currently realize.

Now, what that may be connected to.
If we look as the Dream as a whole(the movement in it, overall) as the Hun魂, the girl has to be the Po魄. That is the spirit of the lungs.

Why Po... Well, Hun is Yang, Po is Yin and they are the only 2 from the 5, that may show up like this in a dream(because of one of their characters, long to explain there).

Po has images of a girl, as it represents Metal/Lungs. It also has all images related to Metal, that would be vehicle(the bus), voice, communication(maybe phones, although that may be fire as well) and that was the reason I asked about the color, as White/Gold is another Image of Metal.
So far we have the idea there is something your dreams(Hun) are trying to tell you connected to the Po, lets try to see what exactly that may be...

The Po魄(our physical body as a senses, movement etc.) as already said ,can take this Images and it does have its own self by definition. Some authors would view it as "the animal soul", so the part of us that is connected very much to the Earth and is covering our body movement and flows.
 
At this part we can guess there is something your Hun is trying to tell you, its connected to the physical body/senses, as the Po and it also seems connected to lack of communication(no voice, so the Metal in you isn't fully connecting and that is the girl as well).

What else it may be connected to .
Going back to the previous topic you are bing DM, so Metal have Images of Asset from your point of view. Another Image of a girl here, so while it may be the physical body as a Po, maybe at the same time it is about a real person/girl around you as well.

That was the line of thought more or less. While the girl/tear/mother as happy events, this is from dream reading materials we use in my country.


Of course, its just my view to it.
In any case I would check the friends around, maybe there is something going on with a female friend that is connected to this, in that case maybe its about their physical body. Overall some variations are very likely if that is the idea.

Something that has to do with the physical body, hmm, I don't think I met someone that relates to the metal element or the dream. Perhaps it may have something to do with the future

Well, the way I would read it I would say first that its a good omens, as many of the Images in there are connected to joy/happiness.
Other then that that there may be something with your physical body that you don't know and your Hun魂 is trying to tell you.

I have no idea what, as with this Images it shouldn't be bad, like health problem etc.
