What are the simplest Chinese divination methods you know?

So far, i think the simplest Chinese divination method is Jiaobei (moon blocks divination).

Some time ago i came across another method, Xiao Liu Ren 小六壬, which seems fairly simple--at least compared to its bigger counterpart, Da Liu Ren 大六壬. Master Joseph Yu posted a nice XLR introductory course on his 'Feng Shui Research Center' Facebook page, Xiao Liu Ren 小六壬 (This album contains materials to learn the divination system called Xiao Liu Ren).

Jiaobei, and Qiu Qian (求签), are some of the easiest methods of divination for the unlearned. If you are learned art's like 梅花易数 MeiHuaYiSu, 猜字 (Chinese Character Divination), etc.
I mean 鬼谷子, only asked his two student's to pluck flower petal's and he was already able to divine between the two.

Chinese character divination @bblam mentioned used in liao fan, for example someone asked about pregnancy, asked him/her to write a random character eg : 武 (martial arts), for reading pregnancy this not a good sign.

The easiest and rich in detail, i would say : iching 1st and zgss 2nd. Find the answer from the poems or texts already sufficient enough for daily divination even if we not understand how each gua or poems derived.

However i want to add another simplest divination in my opinion is counting stroke of a random chinese character if you need a simple yes or no answer. Odd number as yes, even number as no. For example 水 = 3 stroke, 明 = 8 stroke.

You can also using stroke method in iching or zgss. For example : after you read the poem, which words that most resonance with your situation, take the chinese character and counting stroke number.

For example : you randomly pull #74

欲求強求
心無一定
一車兩頭

You want to cross but you don’t cross
You want to request but you demand
The heart is not certain
One vehicle two ends

In this poems have 2 and ambiguous meaning, without understanding of the number and formation this will quite a confusing. In this case, when you read this poems which line most resonance with your current mind, let us say you see a car on that time, then you can choose 車, stroke number = 7. It is a yes.

All of these methods are very safe to use.

Sometimes using a method that can get a simple yes or no, that can be quickly seen in all circumstances could help ...

I saw Chinese people burn incense and pray. After they put the incense, they threw 2 similar coins.
Head + Head = No
Tail + Tail + No
Head + Tail = Yes

Have you tried that practice / art?, can you comment on any experience if it works?

IMHO it works.
It is the same with Iching, especially you need to plot the question in direct yes / no.
  And this is the most difficult part...

My Iching still stupid, by the way. 
Really ashamed when you mention that, because I believe Iching user out there will deride me of my method.
Also they will laugh at me because there are so many script that I still not memorize.
Keep opening the script in order to find the clue and side note, from every question that you ask.

I forgot to mention Mahjong divination. Drawing one tile is the simplest and sometimes the most effective way of consulting the Mahjong. You can do it online, for example here: Mahjong Fortune Predictions. It's quite fun and fairly accurate.
