help with divination of interview outcome

hi everyone,
i was asked by a friend to predict the likelihood of him landing the job and, if the prediction would not favorable, whether he could do anything (for example, fengshui wise) that could boost his chances.

his interview occurred at around 1800h on 09Feb2021. after analyzing the QMDJ chart, i think his chances are not good:

-hour stem (the interview) is in zhen palace with live door/sheng men and ambassador/tian ren. unfortunately, live door and ambassador are both controlled by zhen palace.
-snake/teng she in zhen palace suggests the interview is illusory, i.e., will amount to nothing.
-day stem (the interviewee) is in dui palace with death door suggesting the interviewee is presently suffering from bad luck.
-the heaven plate and earth plate combinations in dui palace appear to be very inauspicious.
-zhen palace is controlled by the interviewee in dui palace.
-tian fu (the interviewer) is in li palace which controls interviewee in dui palace.
-open door (the job) is in kan palace which both the interviewee in dui palace and his competitors in qian palace both want.

things i am uncertain of:
-does the presence of sickness/tian rui in dui palace mean the interviewee is afflicted by some sort of illness and what is the likely affected organ? as far as i could tell, interviewee did not appear to be sick.
-what does the presence of turtle/xuan wu in dui palace mean, in this case, given the question?
-using day void of wu wei results in li and kun palaces being void. what would be the appropriate interpretation of tian fu (the interviewer) being in li palace which is void? normally, i would read this as the interviewer skipping/missing the interview but the interview did occur.

is there anything the interviewee can do to better his chances?

interview is a human action thing.  communication and people skills helps convey to interviewer that you fit the position.  No amount of divination or destiny analysis can change outcome that is base on human interaction. 

And your asking after the fact of a past date. No feng shui, destiny analysis , etc will change past events. whatever happens is already having influence on decision maker.
