I am having problem at work and my manager seems sabotaging me with lots of anger. I dont know what to do anymore. My job is in jeopardy and my family will suffer.

Do you have good relations with your other colleagues? How is your manager viewed by them?

Hi.

Some of my colleagues like her (specially the females in which she was befriended) Those girls really hate me as well with no apparent reason. Long story short, In my previous company, those 3 females that she is close right now are my juniors. I was the one who trained them and even worked with them. Fast forward they transferred to this company in which I was working same with them. They always chit chatting and even gossiping alot. In which my manager really like. My friend even caught them having their own chat group... and out of 12 people in our department 4 of them are in this group including my manager. Funny part is this 3 people got promoted fast.

 For the male counterpart they view my manager as bureocratic and they think that she is a nitpicker and sweat on small stuffs. They even told me that there are unecessary things she is doing like, asking too much questions that are non- relevant to digging too relevant on a topic that is not needed. She doesn't even know how to ask politely or most of the time interrupting.

I find my manager as a bully and self righteous all the time. She was not like this before and i dunno what happened.

I already resigned and rendwring til November this yr.

It sounds like she might have over-identified with the idea of possibly being discriminated against and acted more authoritatively to compensate. Also the pressure of being a manager and needing to perform.  If her viewpoint is that all men look down on women or that society will only think you are competent if you "act like a man", then her behavior makes sense. Her three female friends most likely exacerbated these anxieties; whether or not other male colleagues have mistreated them in the past is not relevant in this context as it is negatively affecting you.

Alternatively, she may have always relied on building close relations to coordinate and get work done as she had with her clique and doesn't know how to interact on purely professional terms. If she acted all warm before, then she could be afraid of the behavior being off-putting toward a different group of people like your male colleagues. And then things got of hand from there, that as you said, none of this is completely rational.
