oh i see, so it doesnt mean when i lack of metal element i need to do metal activity/job?

i quit my previous job beause i think i will hve better opportunity and also i come back to my hometown

it's a family business but a new one (start from zero)

i quit my job at banking industry earlier this year and planning to start new restaurant business (noodle bar - planning open Nov or Des'22).

im also planning to get married in 2023 or 2024

also today i've knowing that my chart don't have power element or authority element. what the meaning of it? is it i can't be cannot be leader?
