Dark Lian Zhen and Tan Lang in Property

Two questions:
1) What does it mean when I have Dark Lian Zhen and Dark Tan Lang in Property Palace?
2) Since my 10 year luck (2017-2027) is associated with my property palace with dark stars, does that mean that my 2017-2027 luck is not excellent but also not terrible?

What does xun kong do in property?

it depends.. it reacts differently with diff stars... it has ability to change the bad properties to good one.. and vice versa.. but it could be harm

it depends.. lian zhen tan lang only meet in HAI and SI

both stars are heaveily depended on minor stars... it can be good but it can also be bad if it doesnt meet stars that can save
