Hi Hopeful:
Question: When you saw the dark shadow, did you look at it straight or you saw it in a corner of your eye?

Thank you Manty for posting!
As a researcher and an accomplished Medium and spiritualist and fathered into Stillness-Movement, I can be of great assistance to your question.
When dealing with these phenomena it is very important to let go of any fears you may have. Even *IF* these phenomena DO mean what they usually do, it is important to approach every day with an open heart and with affection of a sort, lest we only act from the mind.
That being said, shadows like the one you described usually mean many different things. I can tell you what I am picking up on, but, I deeply feel that you may be very fearful in some way. Do not fear what exists or what is because nothing is completely set in stone. There are MANY possibilities and things that can and will change. I will coach you on how to respond to others about the situation as well.
To explain just a little of what is going on:
Shadows often lend themselves to be a mirror to what we feel or think. Don't misunderstand me at that, because the phenomena also occurs outside oneself. It is not caused the the person.
As for the actions themselves:
It could be one of 3 things that they usually are.
1. Residual energy from a person or spirit. (didnt feel like it but don't explore the area, focus on something good you like to do.)
2. Entities that prefer electrical environments (rare)
3. It is most likely a guide that is warning you about a future illness on the part of a relative. This includes spirit contracts and relatives gained through marriage though usually close. The more days they appear the worse the illness. Death is usually only deemed by full impressions of seeing an actual human that is there but is not.
Due to the nature of the encounter, I would say your psyche may be far more in tuned with the negative side. Do more positive things and focus on the positive side of life, however negative the obstacles you encounter are. It is very easy for a person who is very positive to have negative thoughts or doubts. In this case it may be do to the environment or the people you are with or attached to.
I deeply suggest you list the pros and cons of any action you choose to take as a result of what I say.
However the best possible positive thing you can do is contact your relatives, and find out how any of them is doing. Let them know how much you care. Tell them that it is very important for them to be careful of what they do and take care of their health as well. If they ask why, or seem apprehensive about it. Just say it is always good to do that. No one should feel as though they should take unneeded risks or sacrifice themselves.
However, since you have only experienced these on two separate occasions and a year apart I would say it is mostly inconsequential as it does not pertain to you.
I also feel as though you should not get involved with any aspect of that estate. It does not feel good I feel an unnatural pressure comming from there. Try to avoid it but remain completely calm. Just tell your self you have things you need to do.
That is the most positive and best possible response.
Peace and stay healthy,
