facing, sitting and bazi

Hello,

My son has entered a new house in march, facing SW3 (241°) period 8, I think his flying chart is quite good (parent string) but he has different health problems since moving in : insomnia, gastric problems, and recently food poisoning emergency.
His bedroom is in the south, head towards SE3.
Can you tell me if his problems are caused by the SHEN facing since he is born a WU YIN year ?
Maybe the bedroom is not so good, he has another one in the northwest, head towards NW3, could it be better ?

You should upload his house floor plan and some other for further study. If the symptoms happen since moving to this new house means there is some problem in this house.

A floor plan with the actual directions sitting and facing..
It could be need the externally land form.

I had a doubt and told him to take measurements again. It seems that facing direction is between 246/247° so I understand better since it is a chart that is much more unfavourable (using replacement stars with 1-5 in the center)
I have no time for the moment to make a floor plan but he is a kua 2 born august 31 1998.
His bedroom is in the south head towards SE3, I've told him to sleep in the second bedroom in the NW head towards NW3.
He faces many recent problems, water leaks in his toilets, quarrels with the owner of the house, health and money matters, overwork and I've found him quite depressed yesterday on the phone.
his dining room is on the south southwest, the main door on the west, the living room on the east, northeast, toilets and bathroom on the second floor, northeast, east. Stairs on the north, kitchen on the northwest on the ground floor.
Outside there is a tree on the south, a little street in front with houses at a distance. The neighborhood is quiet.
