When I read his profile I wonder how can this man become rich without wealth element?
I am confused with the model structure diagram bazi. Does this chart is strong or weak?

No wealth element don't always mean poor.  Lots of wealth element don't always mean rich. If no wealth element in natal, can look at luck pillar.  Even though your son same bazi, the zwds chart is different.

Based on Mangpai, this chart is a gang of three wet Earth EB and Water HS forming a group to control Fire.  The powerful gang is very effective in overcoming Fire.  He is sitting on Jie Cai or Yang Ren, which is used 用 as wealth, because what you control/overcome is wealth.  In other words, he is sitting on wealth.  And the wealth associated with this Ten God typically can come from speculative investing or even gambling, because Jie Cai is "rob wealth", it's like DM "robs wealth" from others.

Note that Yang Ren has no issue with injury or accident, because it's very well controlled and mediated by Water and Wood.

I plotted his chart on bazi-calculator & it seemed to say that he is not an overly strong DM, it rated him 50%. When you say "very effective in overcoming Fire", does it mean that the presence of the 3 wet Earths is good for taming his Fire?

I thought Wu was BiJian or Friend to Bing DM? But at the same time I've seen is referred to as 建祿 JianLu or roughly "Build Prosperity". hehe I checked out YangRen (羊刃goat blade) aka Sword Star in bazi-calculator ... yes, it says that for weak DM, it brings good financial luck  ;)  On the other hand, googling his name, I get the impression he worked up the ladder to get to where he is... rather than from speculative investing (who knows, maybe he did that on the side  :P)
