Hello,
now he is in his 3rd year of the new lucky pillar.  Honestly, i don't think it is quite friendly to him. It seems not fruitful after his full efforts.
My suggestion to him is to keep more conservative before he jumps in any decision, like investments.   try to keep low profile.   This is should be good year to him.  However, there are some movements in his career.

thank you for this feedback.  I would say your key element to your bazi is water and wood.  Luckily, these two years are water and woods. I think you may get many opportunities and meet some good people to help you.    I don't know how to predict what job is suitable for you because there are so many to take into consideration such as your background, education, and many others.  However, with a lucky year, you can follow your mood or let the wave push you forwards.  No need to be rush.  Maybe you can discuss this more with your wife.      if you have a health issue, i think these two years are quite safe and stable.     i think your life will get better and better.   you can discuss more with your wife for some directions because her day master this wood which is what you need to break the frame of your thinking sometimes.

About your wife, she just entered her new lucky pillar in which it is not really good for her.  The new lucky pillar would make her impatient, rush on many things, and have strong self-consciousness.   earn more but also lose more. She should be careful on her eyes,  womb problem,  or brain.  These body parts are associated with water in five nature elements.

1. your wife's DM is strong.  This is why she bought this stock and losed money.  This is an obvious situation for strong DM.
2. Unfortunately, not supportive on future LP.
3.  No suitable person to handle enormous money.  The reason is that the wealthy stars are shown on the heavenly stems which is easily exposed to others and then being robbed.
since the key elements she needs are water and wood, these two years would have a chance to cut off the loss and get some money back.

May I know what do you do?  are you married?

From you bazi, I think the key element for you is the earth, Shu, which is standing at your spouse's palace.  It also means you are a person of great courage to chase after what you want.   For the next lucky pillar, I would suggest you be conservative on investments and some financial matters. Next LP will also put you in many quarrels with other people.

I think metal can be on HS and it is good to you because the problem of your bazi is too many woods.  Yang woods needs yang metal, which is the most significant remedy to your bazi.  Therefore, I think metal on HS is good.  The next LP from 45-55 is the highest wave in your life. You can expect for it.  Although Yi will strict Geng in some ways, I think it is still functional, better than nothing.  The best combination of the remedy to your bazi is metal on HS with the earth underneath, just like Geng Chen Lucky pillar at your 45-55.  After this LP, you have to be very conservative in many aspects.

About your marriage issue, did this conflict get started last year?   if you still expect for this marriage, I would suggest you not too pushy in this relationship.  You have quick temper.     You need to be more careful with the words you say to your husband and your friends.   
I don't know you, but I think you are a woman of great passion and charms.  You should have many male friends around you, and especially this year, someone would catch your attention. I think there are some seductions to you.

thank you for this feedback.  i have this assumption because your peach blossom star is attached to your day master. this sign could be referred to as something romantic happening.  Furthermore, ding-wei as your day master means you are quite charmed to males.  in my experience, men are not always looking for appearances only, sometimes, they also can be attracted by good characters and easy-going girls.   i think you quite understand who to get along with men, rather than women.      this is just what i read from your bazi, hope anything can be helpful.

if you are looking for long term relationship. I think it won't be soon during these years.  As you said, even you meet CHEN in 2024, the same elements as friends, brothers come to take from you.  Only one year can not settle down this relationship.  Girls come and go eventually.  I think the  possible year should be later than 2026.   From 2026, the wealth stars continuously show up and then connect to the next lucky pillar with wealth under it.   just a guess for your reference.

my feeling is that this interpretation is not 100% right because there are so many aspects to be considered while reading it.  we can't simply judge a person's destiny by what the most elements he holds.  in most of the cases, they are bad gods to weaken the daymaster.   Only if the Daymaster is extremely weak and has to abandon itself and follow with others, this bazi will reach to another level and scale.  I think this is what the book would like to say ”從財格“. (maybe someone can help with the translation here.)

Many people like to ask we see many wealth gods in our bazi, why we haven't been rich?  When do we become rich?   it depends on the bazi and key elements.  For most of the people asking about this kind of question, most of them are weak on daymaster and need the same elements to support the daymasters.   The most important thing is still from the lucky pillar.  Without LP's help, even a person is 從財格, he still has problems to carry out their ambitions in their life.    Just a little my opinion.

my feeling is that if someone is definitely at higher rank than you and he has certain power to judge your preformance at work.  I think you can regard him as a supervisor.   if not, then I will regard him as my colleague.   As colleagues doesn't have power to judge your job performance.  this is my way on judgement while telling from divination.

Thanks maruko! Everything you said sounds about right. In 2018, I was sick twice and was still recovering from a bad car accident that happened the end of 2017. There was also a fire in my neighbor's apartment that burned down part of my apartment wall -- probably not the best for my lung health.

Some of the main advice/answers I'm seeking are: 
- How to survive the last two years of my 7K luck cycle -- The 7K cycle has been rough for me overall. Anything I should watch out for? Is my DM considered "strong"?
- General career advice based on my chart and for the 7K luck cycle
- What year(s) would be good to have children (my spouse is male, 14/5/1987, 12:52PM)?

I suggest you take it easy for the last two years, don't think too much and worry.   No matter what it brings to you, the clock is still running.  Try to cool down your mind and find peace inside you.  You are a woman of many worries, this is also a kind of situation that 7K bring to you.   About the career, I suggest doing administration, accoutant, an assistant or something quite routine and stable in the office affairs. 

As for the children, well I think these two years would be hard honestly and your body is not really easy to be pregnant.   However, with the modern medical tech, maybe you can try and consult the doctors.  If possible, you can try to seek for artificial fertilization after this two years.  I think you may have children nearly to your 40...about that time, you are in your good luck pillar. 

As your husband, i think he should be doing well from many aspects because he is now in his good LP already.
