He's dependent on older and female relatives (e.g. mom) for money and possibly career too. I'm not sure how his old days can be better without assistance from his relatives.

Both resource and wealth determine financial strength. If we lack in both elements like the chart owner, that means we have to depend on other people financially (easy way) or depend on decade LP.

His resource and wealth arrive on different decade LPs. To make it more complicated, his self element (metal) arrives at the end of his life. Autumn decade LP with strong metal and water looks ominous there.

According to ZWDS, there's a sign that he may get rich at some point if he lives long enough until his 80s, then followed by instability/downfall/emptiness in his 90s.

All this talk I saw on here about evil and conning, I think I want to contribute a chart --This man is someone that came into my life and we briefly dated back in 2009. I don't like to bash people because every part of life is a learning experience but if you want to see what a psychopathic person's chart is, look at his. He came from a large family filled with decent people, so in this case it is nature, not nurture:
