Origen of Secret Arrows/Poison Arrows

Good evening, everybody!

I'm looking to find the root of the term(s) Secret Arrows  (Poison Arrows).  I'm looking for something beyond "they're sha qi", "aggressive qi" etc. and those explanations that can be found on web sites and through popular Feng Shui training (i.e. the differences between sheng qi, sha qi, si qi, ju qi, cheng qi...) .

I would like something more along the lines of:
Where did these terms come from?  Did these terms come from some Chinese book? A specific Master? Who was the first to use these terms?
When did the terms first appear?

路沖有三种情况：
1，道路或巷道之宽度小于本宅时，称为“箭煞”，对本宅最为不利，巷道之長度越長，感應力越大。
2，巷道之宽度与宅同宽时，更要看本宅坐向之衰旺运而定，如逢旺山旺向，则能发达于一时，但运一过则发凶。如宅逢衰运，则宜改迥或搬家为宜。
3，巷道之宽度大于本宅时，则巷道变为“广场”，这种情况　对本宅影响较小，還要參看車速，但仍有煞气进来。
逢路冲巷冲，其宽度比本宅小时，家中容易发生灾祸，逢三煞年会到屋内或巷子时，就容易发生灾祸。

三煞位：
申子辰之年月日时，煞在南方；
寅午戌之年月日时，煞在北方；
巳酉丑之年月日时，煞在东方；
亥卯未之年月日时，煞在西方。

Lane or road the same width as the residence, if in case with a prosperous mountain support, maybe able to flourish for some time, however once fortune crosses over to inauspicious, the residence will meet decline in fortune, perhaps suitable to change residence before long
3，巷道之宽度大于本宅时，则巷道变为“广场”，这种情况　对本宅影响较小，還要參看車速，但仍有煞气进来。
Road or lane greater than width of residence, changes road towards a plaza, this kind of situation has little effect on the residence, still important to check for the speed of the vehicles, however there still is some Sha Qi coming in
逢路冲巷冲，其宽度比本宅小时，家中容易发生灾祸，逢三煞年会到屋内或巷子时，就容易发生灾祸。
In case road is clashing in, the width of the associated residence, home and family likely to encounter disaster, when these three Sha attack a room inside, right away there might happen disaster.

三煞位：
Positions of the 3 Shas:
申子辰之年月日时，煞在南方；
Shen Zi Chen year month day hour Sha at South
寅午戌之年月日时，煞在北方；
Yin Wu Xu year month day hour Sha at North
巳酉丑之年月日时，煞在东方；
Si You Chou year month day hour Shat at  East
亥卯未之年月日时，煞在西方。
Hai Mao Wei year month day hour Sha at West
