1. I dun meant to sound fake. Ur statement (>80%)  does indicates what I am and feel right now. Control of work - will always try to keep out of office politics.  Decade - end 2022, right?

From ZWDS perspective, current disturbance to your career is related to life and decade parents palace (literally your parents or your bosses).

Current decade career palace indicates some arguments at work but you're pretty much still in control.

With this chart, I think you should be more committed to your career than anything else, travel a lot and work for global company (life and travel palaces are located at the corner).

1. Earlier in my career, yes, I travelled a lot in my work. As a matter of fact, I was pretty ok and enjoy a lot.

2. Anyway, now i was in a very low energy state in my career, so can't help wondering was it due to my fate.

Marriage -   probably w/o my knowing (knowledge), noble ppl was looking after me.

Just curious, I did use Joey Yap bazi calculator b4, the generated hour pillar is "Bing  Xu" different from the one u used which is "Yi You". Would this means anything for career?

1. During my 20s, guess life was normal. Got my degree, started working, married and my first daugther was born.

2. Parents. My dad had passed on 6 years ago due to cancer. My mum is currently staying with us.

3. Currently am with a local SME managing their IT projects. But recently company started to lose big deals, starting laying ppl. And I have to personally letting go my engineers. Feeling damn sucks. Felt like all the motivation, promises given by me to them earlier, were all lies. Hence, personnally trying to look out, but was only received mutable responses.

4. Yea.. I totatly agreed with u, wasn't able to thrive my career.

Hi Blackswan, appreciate for ur time and analysis.

2015 to 2018, career wise, I wasn't really thinking a lot. Pretty much focus on the delivering projects. Relationship wise with boss, indeed I did received some negative remarks here and there from my boss whenever customers complained on the progress of the work.

Moreover in 2014-2015, my dad was diagnosed with cancer stage 4, my priority was my family.   

Care to  elaborate more on the character building for the next stage this year? which area if this is identifiable in chart? I'm a firm believer of improving own-self to be a better person.

Again, really appreciate for the effort.
