Just for my understanding...
You were in the Auto industry for a number of years. Why have you chosen to change fields?
In your initial post, you mentioned you are training to do Renovation work. Is that mainly manual work labor? Are you having doubts about this industry?
I will guess you may be able to talk / present well - you are comfortable talking to people. And, I believe you have done sales before. Is Sales something you are interested in?
In general, how is your money situation? Do you like to spend, like nice things? Any trading, stocks, gambling?
Any past issues with bosses, co-workers?
What is your education level, what did you study?
I am not a master, I just have a time-consuming hobby.

Thanks for advice..
yes, i was in auto industry for 10 years. however. On the 7th-10th year, the market was really bad hence i thought about changing industry(renovation)
mainly like a contractor/ID, sort of having dilemma on career path.
yes, i can communicate and present quite ok i believe.. haha and yup i love talking to people. Automotive industry is almost 50% sales 50% purchasing. generally i like talking.
money situation so-so. i used to spent whatever i earn as money was quick in the past automotive industry. yup i'm very into forex, will buy 4D.
had issues with past bosses, co-workers not too bad
education level is NITEC in info comm

Weak Ding fire. Xin Si is a flaming sword. Geng Wu is a flaming axe. These two flaming metal can easily chopped the wood in Jia Shen LP and Yi You LP. So this bazi is afraid to see protruded wood. Jia Shen LP and Yi You LP not good. All the negative metal energy is accumulated inside the Hai and these two Hai water is used to clash the Yang Ren Si Fire. This bazi useful god is Yang Ren Si fire, Yang Ren can robbed the negative wealth. Yang Ren is a stronger version of robwealth (RW). But Yang Ren is injured because of the two Hai.
We have Yang Ren Si fire clashed by the two Hai (Si-Hai) in natal chart. We have Yang Ren forming destruction (Si-Shen) with the Shen from Jia Shen LP. We have Yang Ren in punishment due to (Si-Shen-Yin) (natal chart-LP-AP) and the Yin is from this Year Ren Yin AP. This month is Xin Hai, another Hai to clash the Si fire. Generally, for now, the mid-term outcome isnt ideal. There will be turmoil till 45 years old, involving his immediate family.
Outsiders wouldn't know, but within immediately family, there are disharmony that should not be neglected.
On the broader term, this is a very lucky man. He is blessed by his entire immediate family for his entire life.
His partner bring him prosperity for his entire live, and higher success with the birth of his children.
His luck is changing soon at age 36, and might want to venture into business.
But do note, until the age of 45, progress are slow and frustrating. I would recommend him to curb his anger, simply because it is within his control and be patient.

Ok i try analyze your bazi as based on "weak chart"
After Gui Wei LP, Bing Xu LP is the only good LP you have. So dont miss your opportunity in this period.
Yi You LP will be the worst LP for you in terms of wealth especially in 2033 . The You form a half combination with Si which is strengthen your metal and the Yi wood on the stem has been combined with Geng and change into the metal element. If you try open business in this period then the chance of bankruptcy is high.
This analysis will be totally opposite if metal and wet earth are you beneficial element.
