I liked this calculator because they had daily transits with quite good main star(s) description for given day (San He) and other stuff (decade luck description etc).
Are there any English (or Chinese) alternatives?
I would prefer to have web based calculator, but I am ok with app.

As for your chart, again, no raw data = no certainty that your chart is actually what you say it is.
“Struggle to process knowledge” is one way to put it I guess, but it’s not the way I see it. I’d say “without resource, you don’t give a sh*t about knowledge!”
A more polite version would be that people without resource don’t believe something simply because it is written in a great book or taught by a great person - they’re more likely to believe only what they have tested and experienced themselves.
Well, it depends.
First off, if this is a “real person”, then I’m loathe to simply accept the BaZi you’ve laid out: both the month & the hour could be inaccurate. What’s the actual birth data, including hour & location?
Second, resource is about a person’s studies & training; it’s about THEIR learning background. It’s not about whether or not they can teach; it’s about whether or not they’ve been taught.
Teachers “give” information, guidance and knowledge. It is their output. In that sense, what resources they have will affect their output, yes, but it will not affect their ability to teach. Too much resource might actually make them uninterested in teaching, preferring instead to study!
A teacher with no resource, or weak resource, is probably a teacher that learned from personal experience more than from a school or teacher. If the self element is stronger than the output element, it could point to a teacher being more interested in their status, in being seen/recognized as a teacher or expert; if the output element is stronger, however it could point to the teacher being genuinely invested in their students’ success, regardless of whether or not they get recognized for it.
