First off, if this is a “real person”, then I’m loathe to simply accept the BaZi you’ve laid out: both the month & the hour could be inaccurate. What’s the actual birth data, including hour & location?
Second, resource is about a person’s studies & training; it’s about THEIR learning background. It’s not about whether or not they can teach; it’s about whether or not they’ve been taught.
Teachers “give” information, guidance and knowledge. It is their output. In that sense, what resources they have will affect their output, yes, but it will not affect their ability to teach. Too much resource might actually make them uninterested in teaching, preferring instead to study!
A teacher with no resource, or weak resource, is probably a teacher that learned from personal experience more than from a school or teacher. If the self element is stronger than the output element, it could point to a teacher being more interested in their status, in being seen/recognized as a teacher or expert; if the output element is stronger, however it could point to the teacher being genuinely invested in their students’ success, regardless of whether or not they get recognized for it.
