Daughter with covid and debts

This is the chart of a client. She asked me if shell have to pay morew rent for her house due to changes in moratorium rules involving debt ,or move home. Her daughter had covid and shows some strong side effects .
I dont see much trouble regarding child but her new 10 year luck and current year show problems caused by wen chang hua ji,so contracts,written stuff. On the other hand hua lu in self this year helping. Her property doesnt seem to have negative influence though Quan is there maybe indicating problems with authority regarding her debt
Do you think she will have to move and daughter is out of the danger zone?
I asked an horary for the time she asked and it appears shell have to move
But I prefer natal charts.
Any help would be appreciated. Im thinking of telling her to beware of written stuff like contracts anyway. This is a major theme
