Here's something to ponder using TCM since the covid isn't going away anytime soon.

If you want to increase your fighting chance.  Take omega 3 oil, vitamin E and antioxidant.  Often omega 3 oil is taken with vitamin D-3 for better absorption.  The reasoning for this base on chinese medicine.  this virus attack the lungs which is metal. Having more fire will attack the lung. fire has to do with blood flow. Vaccine side effect symptom relates to the blood issues as it can trigger blot clots and heart issues, inflamation etc. That means vaccine increase fire element. More of this fire makes harder work for lungs or make lung vulnerable for illness, hence it support why those vaccinated still get infected and high risk of infection during vaccination process. Countries with most vaccinated shows increase in infection after they got vaccinated. 

the suggested omega-3 and vitamin E suppress the fire so it can control fire attacking the metal element which is the lung. Lung being the issue with the virus lets us know there is too much metal. The antioxidant suggestion is to balance earth element. we want to control the earth as earth make more metal. we don't need more of metal as it's already in surplus being too active.  So that's one way to increase your immune system using traditional chinese medicine understanding.  No drugs. just good food and supplements.   why aren't those being talked about? Because usa western ways have different model of care using drugs. They don't look at the source but at the symptoms. 

Just something to think about using tcm perspective. I'm no doctor so take this as thinking exercise on how to apply tcm 5 element theory to one's health. And those supplements have no risk of danger at all with small intake. One can also break down further what types of food is in which element .  To control fire element issues, one would have to eat more water element foods.  so stay hydrated is important as it helps nutrients absorption.  If one don't want supplements, they can eat food that have those vitamin/ antioxidants/omega fats.

Vitamin C drip also improve one's immunity. Vitamin C is a super antioxidant. it helps fight invasion to the body in many ways.

There's now news on vitamin D.  They found correlation that those who died or extremely ill don't have enough vitamin D.   Those who don't get sick or minor symptoms have abundant vitamin D.   Many science studies show vitamin D is big factor in fighting virus.  We all know about his already if one is into natural health. The sun is good for you but the FDA keep saying the sun is bad.  So go enjoy getting your tan and get those vitamin D naturally.  Use supplements if you can't get enough sun. some areas in the planet get less sun. 

Science is backing up vitamin D boosting your health.  It's just being suppress by fda. they claim vitamins don't work. And we know they work if your lacking it. Most people lack it cuz they eat poor balance food intake.

Correct. in USA or other countries with 4 seasons yes need vit D additional. Thats why it said regular intake for vit D by injection or whatever.

I live in plenty of sun, like to walk outside from mountain to beach to temples to jungles. surely much sun

Here in my country just recently got a man replace other men to vaccine as an order due the other parties doesnt want get vaccine
total he ever got vaccine is 17 times ( for on behalf of 17 people ), he said nothing happened. bit weak only after vaccine. but before vaccine and after vaccine he was just drink coconut water to flush or neutralized the vaccine effect
