Hi everyone im Bing day master with no seasonal support (weak-medium) is it weak

any advice will have butterfly effect on my life coz im under huge  pressure to make decision on my life goal and career and moving to abroad etc  huge decisions and most likely not irreversible so pls help

Hello,
From my opinion, your bazi are weak for sure, but it is not the reason you said about the seasonal support.  The month is cold and a lot of water around, but you have fire root under DM and also supported by yang yin.  I think they are quite enough.  Don't get misunderstood on bazi. Weak doesn't mean bad, strong doesn't mean good.  Balance and harmony are everything. 
I believe you are getting better and better every year because wood and fire are the key elements to you.  Since you are still under metal PL which is not at your preference, you may feel so frustrated from life.        if you need some advice from other friends here, I think you need to let us know what problem you have, what job you are doing now and what you think for the next steps.   I believe many people here are willing to give you advice for your reference.

No, you are not weak. There is fire inside wu, there is jia in yin and there is fire. not surrounding by water since the water is on year and month = guests , so you look flexible outside but not inside. water is good, mean someone easily to adjust and forgive but its your guests not you
