Looking advise on closing date to buy investment apartment with my partner

I had to pick between November, 28-29 or December 1st. Doesn’t look like a stellar dates( Which One would you choose? Neither is clashing with our cards.

I’m female born July, 23, 1977, 4:20am(+3gmt-Odesa, Ukraine).
Partner male November, 21, 1974, 6:30pm(same place).

Open is for sharing and stuff, if you do some event to celebrate it it could work...
All 3 days fall in a Sha day. The last one is lesser problem then the others, however(December 1st) as at least this one is from the year and not the month.

I'm not checking the charts as it takes too long, but from the basic stuff 3rd day is better, though if you can postpone may be wiser.

From western astrology wiser to wait until middle January, for new stuff. Can reform, or reorder etc. until then but entirely new ideas and projects may be wiser to wait.
