It is my understanding that one's Real Birth Time is the same as the Solar time at the time of birth.

In modern times, time is standardized over geographical regions to facilitate business and commerce.
In ancient times (before we had the ability to quickly travel over vast regions), all their was was Solar time.
I believe time at night could be determined by the location of stars.

Thus, if a practitioner uses the theory that a Bazi chart is "imprinted" at the time of birth or at the time of first breath, then we should use Solar time and not an artificial modern time or Clock time.
If a practitioner works with whatever time is given, so be it.

I personally will adjust to solar time if the correction will change the chart. And generally, the hour pillar can usually be verfied, to determine which hour fits best.  The bazi method I currently use, uses the hour pillar.
For divination methods like Liu Yao, Mei Hua, etc. Any inacccuraties are incoopemated as divination does use the synegetic effect of time and space.

Just for general information - bazi-calculator.com defaults to local clock time (whatever you put in).
When you add longitude, gmt or location, it then will adjust to solar time.

Codec, for the time and general location you listed, I don't believe correcting to Solar time changes your chart.

You made a fundamental mistake in defining what is "real". "Time" itself is arbitrary. Consciousness and mind is the Universe in the spiritual level. Thus, whatever is manifested in this world or ours, is the projection of our collective consciousness, and we are all the projection of the Universe of Brahma's mind.
If enough people projected sufficient energy, as in the population of the world using the designated clock time system, then that itself is the manifestation and is what works.
The ancients had no method in computing longitude let alone measuring time at night without the sun. Ancient Egyptians use to tell time by means of decanates.
In fact, outside of bazi, usage of stars is most ancient, then lunar, then solar. The asterisms and 28 or 27 nakshatras and lunar mansions are of immense importance for timekeeping. Not the sun.
Bazi existed for so long and things can be easily verified particularly for those people with special charts. Di tian sui gave examples of some special charts which promises distinct phases of life that could only happen with the time given, not the rectified "real" solar time.

Everyone is free to use whatever they want at the end. This is like the typical sidereal vs tropical argument in astrology.
Again using lazy argument, the best and most well respected Masters do not use adjusted solar time and can be that accurate. It has been used all these while and most widely used.

You look at time as some kind of projection of the mind (if I understand correctly, I could be wrong, sorry). Solar time is the number of specific periods of time that have passed since
astronomical midnight. The fourth pillar on the mechanics of work completely repeats the second pillar. In the middle of the month of the rat in the second pillar is the winter solstice. In the first pillar, the year changes. In the fourth pillar in the middle of the hour of the rat is astronomical midnight. In the third pillar, the day changes. It is clear that they counted from the summer solstice and astronomical noon. They are easier to measure. But I hope I explained the mechanics of the fourth pillar intelligibly. If not, study how the months are divided in the second pillar. Just a solar astronomical year is divided into 12 parts. The same goes for the fourth pillar. The day is divided into 12 parts. And it turns out 12 segments of 2 hours. Starting from astronomical midnight.

It helps. BUT you have void/DE on multiple pillars and Xu-You harm. So, I guess it doesn't help and you're a weak DM.

Other notable signs I noticed:

- You = Xin metal falls into DE. This element is associated with fame/reputation. Xin is also 7K for you, associated with determination/confidence.

- Gui You (month pillar), looks great yet damaged. IMO, this pillar is supposed to make your life protected and run more smoothly, probably thanks to fame/reputation.

- You have all elements present in the natal chart, but the branches are problematic.

I am thinking of a business that is indeed involved with foreigners and is about delivering stuff or stuff that is constantly moving.

And also I am trying to setup more than one source of income. WHich is great as I really can see where your insight comes from.

However I have read a few literature about being born in the Rooster hour. And I may not be displaying the traits of someone born on the YOU or ROOSTER hour. Some literature tells that being born on such hour is blessed with ancestral wealth especially from the father and relative from the father may help me in my career. This is actually the OPPOSITE because I am totally not close to my father and in fact I have a negative relationship with him. Along with my relatives on my father's side. And no help or financial support has come from him or my relatives from his side.

On the other hour, which is the DOG hour, it is quite accurate for me. This is because I have little affinity or I have NO positive relationship with my family. It is sad to be honest but it is true. I am not close to anyone in my family. The closest one would be my mother and that's it. I have a lot of siblings and cousins but I am very distant from all of them. This was a very precise indicator that I am indeed influenced by the dog hour, from what I read.

IMO, it can be anything as long as it fits number 3 above. In ZWDS dog hour, you have Pojun in destiny palace. Solo career is usually the best.

You may have more clarity in your 30s during Ding Chou LP, but the pinnacle is still far away until Ji Mao ---> this is the LP where your self-element is finally rooted.
