I'm currently running a car detailing & coating business. However it feels really stagnant, because I had a hard time to add more coworkers with talent that I can teach and nurture. Hence why I can't expand my business, because I'm lacking manpower to take more jobs and to keep up the quality of our work.
Am I already in the right business a per my destiny? Or there's a better option that I can choose?

You seem like someone who is well educated, having a capable father (even though father-son relationship may not be that great).

I wanted to know because if the chinese year is still 2018 then it's the spouse star in your chart but if after 2019, it could mean someone else.
Further your chart has the tendency of multiple spouses. Is your husband someone slightly older than you? Did he have previous relationship before married to you? Parents are supportive but he doesn't quite get along with your parents? Anyway, we can discuss your marriage aspects further in your PM.

For your wealth, you're a thrifty person and you like to save money rather than splurging.
