Very interesting points you raised!

Bazi helps us understand our innate Nature and Potentials. It also helps us understand how our life may progress over time – our Fate and Destiny. Understanding our innate Nature allows us to understand how we may react and relate to our environment and opportunities.

@glazedcherry interesting dilemma you have. For most part of my life, I have masters telling me I’m a weak DM and fire and wood elements will benefit me while last year, another master told me I’m a strong Ding and too much wood and fire will only lead to imbalance. I’ve Tried studying bazi to better understand why but alas. I’m one of those without the gift.

I know how you feel. I have seen a couple of bazi masters over the last few years hoping to perhaps get some guidance on my career, and while one of them were really good at pointing out past events, none were able to accurately help with the future so to speak. In fact, it got me even more down after a while and questioning if I might have perhaps missed something. Like you, I once saw this master in China and he was eerily accurate (again) about my past and some bits of my character but he has never really gone into telling me about the future too.

Today, I no longer look for readings as I didn't want to get my hopes high.

a bazi master told me i will receive an offer latest by end May 2020. its now end Jun 2020. I guess I should blame covid then  :D :D :D

Sorry to hijack this thread but I just used the ZWDS calculator on the link and it shows that I'm Yin male, Earth element but my Bazi says I'm Fire element. Pardon my noob question but shouldn't they be the same element?

Thank you @anton8888 sir for the advice and broadening my mind on metaphysics! I picked a Mei Hua gua for this as I've seen most people do on this forum. Is my gua an iching?

Ok @anton8888 sir. Duly noted on your advice. I didn't realise it has to be after a specific event, i.e interview. Which gua would be more useful for a general question then?

Do you mean that you toss the gua without any aim for your career? Such as you have already been in interview with company x, position is y etc etc.
I never toss any gua without interview, because the gua become very wide and unpredictable...

Of course you don't apply for that, but it seems that your state of mind is: Whatever the job is, as long as I am not jobless, it is OK.

Wow. last decade started bad but got better towards the tail end. 2005 was probably crap...I think I was either looking for a job then or working odd jobs. So to sum, negative I guess
