Arranged Marriage

Elders arranged a possible marriage match between these two charts (I know we are in the 21st century, but it still happens!) The decision has mostly been made, but just wondered what you think of this in terms of bazi- compatibility and what the final outcome will be:

Male Chart:  9:40am 3 March 1980, born Belo Horizonte, Brazil (left side image)
Female Chart: 14:01 pm 1 Jun 1982, Bangkok, Thailand (right side image)

I've posted the female chart before on this forum, most said will be married late, ie after 2020 when the power element comes in the ta yun.  For the male chart, am I correct to assume that it is slightly strong DM? as born in the wood month, but has the Power element and fire to keep it in control. The female chart has Wei-Mao which combines with male DM's Hai, which should be good for the male DM Hai-Yin clash right? but a lot of wood going on, I'm not sure if this is so favourable?
