  • Should I look for a new job?
    « on: October 16, 2018, 12:20:49 PM »
    4 May 1974
    female

I have reached my salary ceiling and has been considering for a while whether to find another better prospect job.
There is nothing bad about my current job (good benefits) except that the salary has reached ceiling. If i continue to stay on, I will be getting the same salary for next 20 years....
My ex & current bosses have tried to put me up for promotions (at least 3 times for the last 4 years), but unsuccessful as 1) dept too small and 2) no headcount for higher position
I need some advice based on my bazi whether I should stay on and wait for opportunity to move up in the next 3-5 years (cos organisation undergoing major structural changes); or I should look for a better prospect job.

    Thank you in advance.

On Bazi, although there are opportunity, metaphysically speaking,  its not so optimal for move this year. It understandable, you feel like moving on as the career palace and wealth palace moves together, suggesting is you move on next year (in the year of pig).

Check something.  Your bosses, retiring soon right ?  Next in line, should be you right ?  Doing a QMDJ together with Bazi.

    Hi j27945,

    Thank you for your reply/advice.

I think my direct boss likely to work until retirement (another 9 years to go) as kids all grown up and she needs to support her newly purchase condo/car, divorced, and got a lot of time. Yup, next in line is me (one of the smallest dept out of 3 that she is currently overseeing).

    Ok. thanks for reply.

Least, can say the chart is right.  Anyway, from the chart I had. It has sign of you leaving for higher income, but not immediately (i'll skip the metaphysics explanation); You should have interview from time to time, possibly headhunt. Your skills should be managerial or specialists;  By the way -  Which country are you residing ?  Because, the area of opportunity is in South. Business District, Vibrant, City. Financials/ Documents related industry ?

West sector (from the chart) opportunities is in empty phrase. You may wanna consider looking companies at southwards.  Next year 2019 Feb 5;  you can use air diffuser, air purifier (those with water ones); place at NW of your desk / your room / or house. This is a useful sector for you to help you with this goal. For this year, exercise some cautious when traveling / holiday.

    Hi j27945,

    Thank you again.

NW is a missing sector plus a toilet in my current house....  :'(
Also no NW (cos to walk in/out) in my current office desk (facing S/SW)......  :'( :'(
NW in my bedroom is where my bed headboard s (sleeping with head pointing towards NW)

Will be careful during my Dec trip.  :)

Born in Wu Chen meet Wu Xu year... have the thinking of changing job is normal. If you are unsure about the move then is better to stay put first as this might just be a impulse triggered by emotions.

I don't think your pay can be stagnant for the next 20 years... LOL currency inflation how?
Of course everyone worked for money, but if moving from 1 toilet to another, it's still a toilet right?

side note: cut your hubby some slack... talk nicer, your mood is important so is his.

    Hi Fan,

Thanks! I will try my best to reply based on memory:

    - It seems you're a person that don't get along with your coworkers, you may have fierce competition with them.
Ans: Actually I get along quite well with coworkers, no fierce competition. There is only one time I tried to help a colleague (more than 15 years ago) and got myself into a small problem with another colleague & boss.

    - You may have health related problem in the past between 1999-2004, and it may related to your blood or digestion system, including diabetes and hypertension.
Ans: During this period, I was quite healthy.

    - You may experience accident or miscarriage in 2002 if you're married and tooth, respiratory problem, or surgery in 2003.
Ans: No accident or miscarriage happen in 2002 and I got married early that year. 2003 also nothing related to health.

    - If you do some investment there's tendency to lose your money in 2015, but got unexpected money in 2016.
Ans: Investment is handled by my hubby. I am only good at keeping $... lol...
Dec 2016 strike a small amount in 4D, the number was given by me and my hubby bought the number.... so not sure whose luck it was.
