Please help me with bazi reading

Dear all,
I have started to study bazi this year and I would really appreciate if you could help me to understand what is in store for me in next years.
In 2015 I lost a corporate job due to a company relocation and in 2016 I started to cooperate in a new business venture created by a friend of mine which also involved other people. However, she started to make a lot of pressures both on the professional and personal front and last year I was forced to break the friendship and leave the business project because the situation had become unbearable. This year I decided to stay at home but I am suffering from skin issues and I had some issues with my parents as well.
My marriage is ok, but on all other fronts things have gotten from bad to worse in last 4 years.
My luck pillar till 2016 was Ren-xu while last year I entered Gui-hai luck pillar (which is fu yin with my year pillar and fan yin with my day pillar). Last decade there was a xu-wei punishment with my month pillar, so I think this is the reason why things went so bad at the work front. Last year there was a total you-mao clash with my hour pillar and this year there is another xu-wei punishment.
Can you help me to interpret what to expect in next years?

are you male or female?

you are not really a business type, Metal is non-existent. This year pillar is quite problematic, it contradicts the chart. Yin Fire DM is trying to produce Earth, while water is fighting back, and is not properly controlled. It attacks your body (Fire), therefore it might cause health issues.

Sorry, do you mean the year pillar in my chart which contradicts It or are you talking about 2018 year? I have never had serious health issues until now, apart from some skin issues from time to time. I am 35 years old.

Im talking about your year pillar, and Pig which is now activated by Pig luck pillar, so this clash between snake and pig is emphasized. Probably nothing serious, but generally this new LP is not very useful. Could result in issues with bosses, authorities and similar.

What could be the possible remedies to mitigate the water-fire clash further activated in this LP? Could wood act somehow as arbitrator? There is also a hai-mao-wei frame in my chart, what is its possible effect?

Correct.  乙 卯 甲 can use.
Mitigate water. Control earth. Birth fire.
Metal not suitable. 2016, 2017 should be quite turbulence. And 2018 inclusive.
