Look for advices on career luck

I'm looking for some advices on my career luck. I am now working as a content strategist for a media company, however, my career path is a bit not as smooth as my friends. It keeps changing all the time. Even when I work for a big company, I am put into a brand new startup team instead of an already built project.

What is my strenght/ weakness taken from my chart?
What kinds of job should I follow?
Should I work for company or run my own business?
