Any differences between 1st 5 years and last 5 years in a 10-year LP?

Since the first 5 years we consider the Heavenly Steam and the last 5 years we consider the Earth Branch, how should we interpret the effects? As we all know Heavenly Stem is more about the opportunity, and Earth branch is more about the environment.

I have to disagree here(about "we all know" part).
But anyway, about the other thing, they have different interactions.

If you have Indirect Officer for example, if it comes in stems that will often clash DM.
We can get some idea about problems with health or authority.
Of course, will need many other stuff to say for sure even more so if we look primary in branches as old members here usually did(some of them anyway).

Yet IO in branches can show countless other stuff, as now the physical body may have very different representations may not be illness at all, overall its just to general to say for sure, would depend on what happens with the chart.

The reason I'm asking this question is because I'm a Ding DM and this year my birth chart sees Rat which has IO. But originally in my birth chart, there is no IO so I'm not sure how it's going to affect.

My chart -> Y:Wood Pig, M: Metal Snake, D: Earth Goat, H: Earth Monkey

I can somehow see Rat combines with Pig & Monkey, and harm Goat in Day pillar; so there is a mix of good and bad this year, not given that I'm currently in the Earth Tiger LP.

Well... Xu and Wei have some problems even though they are similar type of Earth.
So some indication for problems with digestive/excretion system and lower body later in life that may have shown up briefly before(if the hour is correct after adjusting).

Zi comes and is in harm with Wei, so some more indications for possible health problems, this time it seems related to eating and food.
So in Zi and Xu months may be good idea to be careful of the amount of food, too much can be a problem.

Other then that its good chart. Zi is wealth, in this case may make the other wealth more difficult to control, so steady form of income that may make another form of income more familiar so far, to not be as easily controlable.

Something like working in a non standard paying job, so the income isn't fixed(like a painter for example), but then that income is decreasing so need to find steady job as well.
But if that is right should be only for these 5 years and may not be that big of a problem.

The stem would be entirely different reading. : )

Anyway, my idea was that each branch has so many interactions and stuff related to it, that stem > branch is still very big transition.

As to LP EB there is a way where one can estimate HHS depending on the influence duration. In this case, of course, the direction of the LP (forward/backward) should be taken into account.
