Bazi Chart Reading

Hi everyone, I'm new here and would like to kindly request a reading of my chart.

I am a male born 3 October 1991. I don't have my birth time but my mother says it's around 6-8 am (honestly, she isn't quite sure).

My day master is Bing Fire and I noticed that my chart is missing Wood and some Water? It would be great if I can get insights on what actions I need to do to balance and optimise my chart. Thank you.

Some more information about me: I have just finished my Masters degree (worked and did business a couple years back) and starting a new milestone in my career life. I think I lean towards wanting to own my own business. I have been married for 2 years now, we've been together for 6 years.

Hi Johny thanks for the reply. I'm still quite new, how do I get more wood and water? Is it by action or by surrounding myself with water or wood features (plants, mini fountains) or surround myself with people wiht wood and water Day Masters? Thank you.

I think you might be a weak DM. Just checking:
Did you get married in 2018?
In 2014, besides having a girlfriend, did you also have more money during that year?
2000 and 2008 are not good as there are a lot of pressures from teachers?
Also, you don't need to support your spouse financially right?

Hour of birth here is important. So if  it's around 6-8 am it might be Ren Chen and water got some support.

It seems the chart is suitable more for bussines managment rather than entrepreneurship and commerce.
The wealth is under control in the chart that's good sign. As RW penetrates to HS, you can make good connections including business ones.

To determine the person's element, I should look at their Day Master right?

Yes I got married in 2018. 2014 is true. 2000 and 2008 I'm not too sure. Yes I don't have to support my spouse financially but this will change now because she will be the one taking higher studies and I will be the one working full-time. Great analysis! Would you mind sharing how you came to these conclusions? How did you connect my chart to the luck pillar years? Thanks a lot for your reply.

Yes I got married in 2018. 2014 is true. 2000 and 2008 I'm not too sure. i have attached your bazi. The way I see it is Fire produces earth, so, that means you can use your intelligence and speech to do something meaningful. Yes, too much earth exhaust the fire but you only got 1 main earth element in your pillar and many fire elements (3) hence, rather than earth exhausting you, it means you are quite complacent and not using your potential enough. Whereas, there are so many metal/wealth in your bazi; that means you are very objective driven and may not care about others or the legality of the process or the long term consequences to achieve your aim. Too many metal could make you even more desire driven and that would cloud your judgement so it is unfavourable.

need to look at the whole chart to see your compatibility. I have seen Bing DM & Ren DM couples who have good stable marriage so don't worry. 

I think you're born between 6:00 am to 7:59am so don't worry you have a good stable life ahead.

This is a big topic that cannot be described in detail in the forum format. Figuratively, as business management you are inside a business, but entrepreneur may be outside the business he created and still make a profit. The chart leading structures (gods) are more related to administration and business process management.

On the whole fire is strong enought to control metal. Month pillar Ding have control over You(Xing). There is hidden control Wu You branches.

"Being in control" e.g. mean that Daymaster can keep and use or increase Wealth in the chart.

Thank you for the explanation. Looking back I can see that I wasted a lot of time and potential in my younger years, I've gone back on track now. From a Bazi perspective, what should be done since I have 3 fire elements in my chart, however it's a weak DM and I'm aiming to get it stronger by adding Fire and Wood actions/people in my life? How do I suppress the fire that's making me complacent but still making my weak DM stronger to optimise my chart? Thanks again for the encouragement for my relationship.

Whereas business management itself is just being a CEO/CFO/manager and have a lot of authority in the business but might not necessarily own the business?

It's more an indicater that speaks about potential oportunities. Bing Wu pillar is strong, radiant fire inside this weak chart.

As mentioned befor the birth hour is important because it may describe partially field of activity. Also if it's Ren Chen hour then 7K structure is present that is usefull to run bussines and managment too. Besides at Dragon hour Bing gains strength. It would be good to ask some CM masters to verify the hour of birth.
