Helping a Friend - Is her spouse Cheating/unhappy?

Dear Masters,

My friend feels like her husband is cheating and unhappy with their marriage anymore.  What can you say about his husband chart?  Is he what you call a ladies' man?  His birthday is Aug 28, 1980.  Unfortunately, I don't know the time. They have two beautiful kids.  On the outside, they look so happy and I was really surprised of her revelation.

Generally yes, but when excessive, it can cause depression as well.

@rainmaster That is so true. my friend never allowed him to go out with friend without her permission and he has to ask like two weeks to schedule. I thought it was cute that he loves and respect her a lot.  I'll keep that in mind and will give her some advice.
