His marriage is basically not a good one, hasn't been good for quite a while and now it's coming to a head.
This year it's pretty bad for both him and his wife, especially with the new woman. From the chart, even this year the divorce sign is pretty strong already - just hanging by a thin thread. Next year, this thread will be severed, they will at least be separated.

The problem for him now is, I don't see him re-marrying anytime soon if at all.
The new woman seems to be a temporary thing too. So if he's letting go then he's really on his own - something for him to think about.

@vng78,  Can you advise why you made the statement above?  Is it because of Wu clash with Mao?  Maybe, it has something to do with Zi conflicts with Wu & also Zi punishes Mao?

Yes, in his natal chart, Wu and Mao are already damaged, palace and spouse reject each other. That is a sign of inauspicious marriage.
Zi also comes and breaks Mao spouse and clashes Wu spouse palace so definitely quite a severe situation for both of them in the marriage.

according to both charts: he and new woman is better for love relationship or friendship?

Because if Wu hour then less likely he has other women.
When did he meet this other woman? 2018 or 2019?

Checking about parents:
- Father and mother relationship is also likely no good? May have been separated or divorced too.
- Grew up with mother and stepfather instead?
