Question on the upcoming 2021 xin chou year which matches my month pillar

I noticed that the upcoming year is Xin Chou and I want to know how it affects my chart as Xin Chou is also my month pillar. Does that mean that the interactions between my month pillar and the rest of my chart become further enhanced (good or bad)? I had previous readings here in this forum that briefly hinted that my month pillar represents my career / company and also might be representative of my family.

You will have job movement waiting for you next year so I would say it's a good thing.
You're likely to have business travel too next year, anyway you do travel often for work I'd say.
Are you expecting to be promoted or transferred?
Are you working for a big financial institution?

Your father looks like a capable person but from chart, it seems like you have low affinity with your mother?

Just to verify:
- are you quite close to your mother? Not very close to your dad?
- but your mum status in the family is not high ie not the decision maker or her opinion not respected? 
- you have graduated from studies despite childhood being difficult?
- work in a routine or stable job? Got teaching elements?
- 2016 & 2017 got some wealth but less in 2018?
- 2019 you are build some good reputation but also had some wealth loss?
- 2020 no gf but have a job despite covid?

It's hard to tell whether its good or bad looking at the pillars alone because Xin represents your resources while chou represents officer. If you're weak DM, then its generally good for your career but bad for income you're strong DM.

1. I would say equal but with my mom a bit more
2. Yes, sometimes her opinions get dismissed by my father
3. I would say so but nothing serious such as domestic violence. Mostly due to my own inner conflicts
4. Work in a stable job. It’s not a teaching job but I do mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge openly
5. Definitely, I switch jobs and asked for a much bigger base salary and even negotiated for more in between.
6. Built some reputation with the people at the client company I am doing work for. Too bad what I do is not visible with my own managers and bosses of my own company. My girlfriend whom I was planning to marry broke up wih me early in 2019, not sure if that is considered wealth loss

Interesting. As of current my job does not really involve travelling. I was actually expecting a promotion this year but didn’t get it and overall long story short I feel like I have put up with enough
already at my current job but have gained nothing out of it except some experience. definitely considering switching jobs if suitable opportunities come up.

We are not a rich family but yes my dad was mostly the one who made money for the family. I do not work at a financial institution and was told not to do sales jobs and don’t get involved with investments until I am at least 40. Apparently I am suppose have the best decade in terms of wealth when I hit 40 but I am not sure how I can control all that fire.

-Was there a car accident happened in 1992 that hurt your left leg?
-Are you the only child?
-Is your dad working with furniture business?

-Were you working in the government sector during your 20s?

You would feel that the effort and hard work that you put in does not proportion to the amount of compensation you received. Changing jobs and moving on with your career is one of your options?

Finding another job is still an option for me I believe, but because of covid I think it’s a tough time that everybody is also going through as well. Lets just say I do feel disappointed this year as I was looking forward to a promotion but I am at peace with it. I think all i need to do is take action but some indecision on my part is making me stay still. Yes we moved overseas away from Hong Kong since I was very young.
