great advice. It applies to all areas of bazi reading too, not just about picking person in relationships. Many seem to forget that they are the creator of their life, not the chart reader due to dire states of emotions. The owner of chart makes choice not anyone else. After all it is their life fate and they are living it. Not just on internet forum, i see lots of new students in real life doing the same mistake telling what to do instead of reading objectively the chart info.

In regards to choosing, that is always on the main person's responsibility. But understand that it isn't just you as it takes 2 people to have relationships. So even if you choose one, is it mutual with him? Instead of focusing on choosing, I would suggest you focus on creating quality relating interaction and use your social interaction to decide. After all, you know the person by socializing. The chart won't cover everything about a person. It don't tell you the depth of your emotions toward someone or that it's love.

chart  tell you traits and luck and potential in wealth.  If a person is in bad wealth cycle or really hardships down the decade cycle with not much potential for wealth in life, it might be wise to think twice about marriage. If the person's chart says bad luck if get married then he/she might think twice about marriage. lol.  Each chart is on a case by case and need personalization to current situations. One can't generalize one chart reading to another as many seem to do. Each reading should start afresh.

Here's another suggestion that just came across my mind. It might be better to consult the I-ching for predictor of relationship among the 2 choices.
