2) Are you in the management or supervisory role?
3) You always have lots of pressure either from your work, co-workers or management? 
4) Your dad was very strict with you?
5) You often burn midnight oil?
6) Did you mum leave you when you were little?

1) ya, you are right.

2) just an ordinary worker but job scope had expanded one two years ago to include some HR training

3) work - sometime; colleague - once in blue moon when deal with bad habit coworker; management - not much, not much dealing with them

4) most of time look after ownself, he is busy guy during early day. Now enjoying his retirement day, no time to bother about us haha....

5) emmm.....yes, my job required me work day and night (working shift), but its structural & predictable - kinda balance in term of work and rest hour

6) she kiss good bye the world when I was at tertiary ed / uni

From your natal chart, you should not have issue making a decent living. You should have a better life when you grow older. However, your marriage will have some challenges. I believe you should get marry in this LP. However, there is a possibility of separation at the next LP. Hence, you will need to manage this marriage properly.
