I'm currently running a car detailing & coating business. However it feels really stagnant, because I had a hard time to add more coworkers with talent that I can teach and nurture. Hence why I can't expand my business, because I'm lacking manpower to take more jobs and to keep up the quality of our work.
Am I already in the right business a per my destiny? Or there's a better option that I can choose?

Automotive related industry is suitable for you.

Metal is the smallest elements in your natal chart and you have very little Yin Fire. It's natural that you go after cars to cover your lack of these elements.

If the business is still doing well yet stagnant with manpower as the only issue, then give it more time until 2022 where you will get a lot of luck in Yin Wood. It is the key element you don't have which is related to luck in leadership skill.

On your manpower training problem, the issue could also be that your method of nurturing and your worker's ability to take it in is incompatible, e.g. you may want to apply corporate method to a small business.

Did you get married between 2012-2017? Possible years are 2013, 2016 or 2017? How has your marriage been the past few years?

Indeed, my yin earth DM tends to be very forgiving. And I must try to learn how to love myself first before I love someone else. It's always hard for me to cutoff someone else. And also the reason why I still keep my coworkers while I do understand they can't grow anymore. Looks like I must try to be more blunt and put aside my feelings when I try to cut sick branches.

It's true, my mom is the 3rd wife and I also have another 5 siblings. And I can understand why my father can't equally love all of his sons and daughters. Thanks to God that I was saved from more worse thunderstorms🙏🏻
Indeed, I'm starting to realize that my forgiving nature actually cost me dearly. Both the precious time for my business to grow, and also the chance to get a better coworkers. I must learn to cut sick branches to let new healthy branches to grow. All by creating timeframe for any new coworkers, if they can't grow their skill sets within the time limit. Then I must let them go from my business.
No, I'm still single My ex gf choose to focus on her career in IT, and both of us decided to end our relationship. I think we made a good decision, since she's now already grabbed the manager seat of her company.

Currently I have 4 workers in my shop. 2 has been with me for 9 years, and another 2 is new additions that replaced 1 of my worker.
I think we agreed to go our separate ways at 2014. As it happened not long after she got accepted at her current company.
