Geng Chen female DM with too much fire - please help a beginner out :)

Hello everyone, I've recently gotten into Bazi and I have been trying to analyse my own chart. I would like to seek help from the more experienced seniors here to learn more about what my Bazi says about me/my life.

Details: Born 12 June 1996 at 10:28am (Singapore GMT+8), Female

So far, I am confused by how to identify and activate my favourable elements. From what I understand, I have a weak DM as there is too much Fire, hence my favourite elements should be Earth and Metal. Although Water drains Metal, it is good in my chart as it can cool the heat from the Fire. But at the same time, going by the 5 elements cycle, Fire produces Earth, which then produces Metal. Does that mean it is good to have strong Fire? I have also read that Geng metal needs fire to become productive I am going round in circles trying to find my answer.

I would also really appreciate any comments and insights on my overall chart quality, career and relationship prospects. Thank you in advance!

Hi crimsongem, thanks for taking a dive into my chart! Yes unfortunately it seems like my chart shows a weak DM, and LPs don't seem to be that good too? I'm not very certain, as I am still learning how to analyse the relationship between chart and LP.

I'm not too keen on the banking and finance industry. I've taken a look at the typical industries under 'Metal', and I don't relate to them at all. Oddly enough I am drawn to those under 'Fire' because I enjoy creative and artistic work... not sure if that's good or bad 

I'd say my temper is quick to come and go. It's one of the 'Geng' metal traits I see in myself, I get upset when things aren't fair or done sloppily haha, and can react in a rather straightforward manner.

That's good as long as it's primarily done on digital media.

For example, digital marketing covers Fire (internet), Metal (devices/hardwares) and Water (traffic). Very helpful for the overall balance of your chart.

You have Xin in the current LP and this year, which is great if you focus on digital marketing and self-promotion.

Sounds normal. I guess Fire is well-tolerated by Geng as opposed to Xin.

Xin prefers Water, Geng prefers Fire.

Earth and Metal would be your useful god and favorable god. As for which industry/sector you should be working for now - as they have mention it, our current society are way different that the olden day. As to answer you, you can work in a mixture of Earth + Metal + Fire industry.
People with strong fire tend to have very high morale standard, which can be good or bad depending on how you see it.

Hey scitzo, thanks for taking a look! I will research more about industries suited for my favourable elements. You're 100% right about high moral standards, maybe because I'm also Geng metal DM haha
